Acceptance

By accessing https://algodigital.digital you agree to these Terms. Engagements for financial auditing or review work are governed by a separate engagement letter; where the letter and these Terms conflict, the letter controls for that engagement.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of review engagements, fees, and timelines are informational. They do not create a professional appointment until both parties sign an engagement letter stating scope, fee, and report addressees.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and branding are owned by Kisetsu Review Advisory. Working papers, review reports, and findings memos prepared under an engagement remain subject to the ownership and confidentiality clauses in the engagement letter. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written consent.

No reliance without engagement

Nothing on this website constitutes an audit opinion, review conclusion, or accounting advice for your entity. Do not rely on general articles or fee tables for statutory filings or lender submissions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Japan, Kisetsu Review Advisory is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Professional liability for signed engagements is limited as stated in the engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

User conduct

You may not misuse enquiry forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false identity information when requesting an engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
